We know you have many choices when choosing a family physician in Lawton. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance & Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, but please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own doctor.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.

We accept insurance for telemedicine!
For cash paying patients it will be $140 for new patients and $115 for follow up appointments.
