PATIENT-CENTRIC CARE

William C. Petty, PA-C

  • Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology
  • Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Master of Physician Assistant Studies

Born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, I joined the Army at 20 years old. My initial role as an Infantryman in 2003 eventually led to my true calling as a Physician Assistant. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2011 and progressed through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program, where I completed my Master's in 2018.

Serving as a Battalion Physician Assistant in various units at Fort Bliss, Texas, and Fort Sill, Oklahoma, I transitioned from active duty in December 2023. I now hold the rank of Captain in the Army Reserves. I began my civilian career with Kadivar Family Medicine in 2023, where I take pride in serving the community at our locations in Lawton and Elgin. My aim is to provide patient-centric care with a strong focus on overall health and the prevention of disease.

My home life in Elgin is enriched by my wife Shannon, and our children: Brenden, 15; Camille, 14; Charlee, 12; and Alex, 24, who is currently a Sergeant in the US Army, stationed at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio as a lab technician. Our family enjoys a variety of activities including fishing, camping, traveling, gardening, and disc golf, all of which we partake in when the weather is agreeable.

Lindsay Ebenhack, BSRT, RDMS, RDCS, RVT

I was born in Oklahoma City and raised in Mustang, OK. I graduated from Mustang High School and completed my Bachelor of Radiologic Technology in Sonography at the University of Oklahoma in 2003.

I married my high school sweetheart, Jason, and we moved to Duncan shortly after I graduated from OU. We have 3 kids, Macy, Mackenzie, and Noah that keep us 3 busy with their school, theatre, and TKD. I have worked in southwest Oklahoma my entire career in both hospital and clinical settings. I enjoy the diversity and challenges that sonography presents, no two days are ever the same. In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family, hiking, reading, and working on my growing candle business that started as my quarantine 2020 hobby.
